Faculty  play an integral role in internationalizing the undergraduate experience at University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC).  To promote international scholarship, faculty and advisors help support student access to study abroad through advising, advocacy and support.  UCSC Study Abroad believes strongly in the development of global competency and citizenry by assisting students in identifying those international experiences that fit into their degree and career planning as well as support the internationalization efforts and community building at UCSC.

UCSC Study Abroad depends on faculty to endorse and promote international experiences.  We welcome your ideas and look forward to working with you to further integrate and expand study abroad opportunities for our students.

Faculty-Led Study Abroad Proposal

Global Engagement provides administrative and logistical support for UCSC faculty-led summer abroad programs.  These programs are intended to foster relationships with institutions overseas and expand study abroad opportunities for UCSC students in a broad range of academic disciplines.
