Request an Estimate from a Financial Aid Advisor

Want to know if you can afford to study abroad? Request an estimate of how much financial aid you can expect to receive. Remember, all programs have different costs, so before you meet with an advisor, decide on your program, or a couple that you are interested in, and then request a financial aid estimate. Speak with a Financial Aid Advisor during drop-in advising hours or email them to request an estimate (see below).

Email an Advisor

If you email an advisor, please allow up to one week for a reply and include the following information in your email:

  1. Your full name and student ID number
  2. The country and name of your UCSC Faculty-Led program, UCEAP program, or UC study abroad program
  3. When you plan to participate in the program
